How can I order with Force Ultimate?

Our order process is very straight forward. Click here to find out exactly what you need to do and contact us if you have any more questions.

Do you charge for designs?

No. Industry standard design services are normally charged at 40€ an hour. We offer this to you for free as part of an overall order.

I want to draw something myself. What image format do you need?

For the best print results please send us vector format designs. The standard vector file formats are .EPS, .PDF, .AI, or .SVG. You can layout your design on one of our home templates or contact us for help with putting it all together.

You can also send us Photoshop files or regular images (.JPG, .TIFF, .GIF or .PNG) but please make sure that these are at a HUGE resolution so we can print them at the real size of a jersey or a pair of shorts.

Can I download a template?

How much does your kit cost?

Our prices are all-inclusive, which means you'll pay one flat fee for the production of your kit and the only extra you'll pay is for shipping which is calculated with your final order.

How much is shipping?

Roughly? Between 0.40€ and 0.50€ per item, however this varies according to the amount of kit ordered and it's shipping weight. We will send you an accurate quote along with your final order invoice.

Do you charge for names and numbers?

Nope. And we never will. Our prices are all inclusive which means you can have player names and numbers wherever you like on your kit and often as you like.

What is your turnover?

Regular production times are 6 weeks from the date we receive your payment. We need this time to print, press, assemble and to quality control your new kit.

If I pay extra will you work faster?

No. We work on a first come, first served basis and every order gets treated with the same respect and care.

Can I visit your workshop?

Of course. Contact us and we'd be happy to accomodate your curiosity.

What exactly is sublimation?

Sublimation printing means that your kit design is directly injected into the blank white textile. Contrairely to screen-printing, there is no extra layer on the textile and you won't be able to feel your design. It will never flake off and it will never fade as long as you respect the washing instructions. Click here to find out a little more about our production process

So how do I wash my kit?

At 30°C on a regular cycle, with your regular cleaning product in a home-standard washing machine. Never dryclean your kit, never bleach it, avoid placing it on radiators and never tumble-dry it.

How do you deal with misprints?

We check all our kit before delivery. But if you do find that your kit has printing errors or that it differs significantly from the print validation file you signed on ordering we will accept returns as long as the kit is unwashed and unworn. You can send your kit back to us and we will replace it and ship it out to you free of charge. Contact us for more information about kit returns.

Why do you keep going on about Europe?

One of the aims of our company is to help bring back a sector of industry which has fled European borders, attracted by low-cost outsourcing in Asia and North Africa. This outsourcing to areas and countries with cheap labour costs and different employment laws has pushed a lot of European printers and textile professionals into unemployment and we believe we can help bring them back into activity.

Purchasing from an independent, locally owned business means significantly more of your money is used to make purchases from other local businesses and service providers which continues to strengthen the economic base of the community. The admittedly higher cost of local goods falls away once you consider the increase in local employment as well as the relationships that grow when people buy from people they know.
