You can of course choose not to use our design services and instead provide us with a print ready kit design. As mentioned above set-up and preparation of this design is free of charge. Please ensure that your design is fully vectorised (including text), that you provide us with the appropriate TTF/OTF font files and that all transparencies have been flattened and finally that each individual file is no larger than 5MB. The file format is either PDF, .AI (Illustrator CS4) or EPS. Contact us for more information about file formats.

Jersey costs

Prices below include all names, numbers, logos, colours and other design elements as specified on the validated Force mock-up. There are no hidden costs.

Payment

Force Ultimate accepts bank account transfers. We'll provide our bank details as your order is finalised. As an alternative, you can also use Paypal. Shipping costs are calculated once your order is complete and are included on your final invoice.

Returns

You must validate your Force mock-up before printing. We do our best to assure correct quality control of your printed and assembled kit however you may return to us any kit which is clearly defectious (misprints, rips, spoils, stains, faulty seams). This kit must be unworn and unwashed. A refund can then be arranged and eventual reprints negotiated. Shipping costs for returns will be refunded upon presentation of a valid receipt.

Sublimation

By definition, sublimation is the direct change of a body from a solid to a gaseous state. Dye-sublimation inks are aqueous. These are heated to about 200°C by microresistances distributed on the printhead. The inks thus pass instantly from a solid to a gaseous state and are then projected onto the media. On contact they cool down and revert to their solid state.

Digital sublimation is a printing technique for 100% white polyester media using special inks. It is exclusively reserved for marking textile polyester.

The benefits of sublimation are:

A perfect reproduction of intensity and brightness of colors
Reproduction of high definition images
Printing embedded in fabric, without altering the feel of the original product
Industrial and home washing washable (90°C)
Excellent durability
Sublimation is environmentally friendly, the inks used are water-based and printed materials are mainly polyester, a material that is more ecological than cotton
